FarApp supports Product-Posting, Inventory-Updates, Order-Processing, and Fulfillment-Processing for eBay Stores (only).

eBay recently released a Parent-Child product structure, which allows posting of product-options as variations of a parent item. This reduces your listing fees, and in some cases makes it easier for buyers to find the specific item they're interested in. FarApp support for this feature is planned for release later this year.
